Founded in 1971, Saat&Saat continued its growth by becoming a brand and distributing world-famous brands in Turkey since 1994. It entered the retail sector in 2006. In 2016, it acquired all the rights of the global brand Welder and added the Wesse brand to its portfolio in the same year. In 2017, it signed the license agreement for the Cerruti 1881 brand in Turkey. In 2020, it acquired the Jacques Philippe brand and acquired the production and sales rights of the U.S. Polo Assn. brand in 34 countries, thus entering the global arena. Having acquired the rights of the Milano X Change brand in 2021, Saat&Saat is the distributor of nearly 30 world-famous brands in Turkey, including Maurice Lacroix, Versace, Emporio Armani, Gc, Michael Kors, Tommy Hilfiger, Diesel, DKNY, and Skagen.
