ABOUT US
BRINGING A VISION TO LIFE
Founded by Orjin Group in 2016 and opened in October 2021, IstinyePark Izmir redefined the shopping and lifestyle experience of the Aegean Region. With its 80,000 m² gross leasable area, 264 stores, 13,500 m² luxury street with sky view, cinema, culture-arts and performance center, it created a unique living space in the center of Izmir.
Located at the intersection of ferry pier, metro, tram and bus lines, IstinyePark Izmir offers easy transportation access and continues to be the attraction center of the city and region since its opening.
BEYOND THE ORDINARY
With its modern architecture, nature-integrated design and distinguished brand mix, IstinyePark Izmir transforms shopping into a lifestyle. Landscaped open areas, advanced technology cinema halls, children's entertainment areas and culture-arts events offer an inspiring atmosphere for visitors of all ages.
The adjacent Grand Hyatt Hotel with Izmir Bay view completes this experience with its 161 rooms, ballroom and conference halls.
ARCHITECTURE THAT BRINGS THE SPIRIT OF AEGEAN TO LIFE
Positioned against the enchanting view of the Bay, IstinyePark Izmir combines the comfort of enclosed spaces with the freshness of open areas through its glass dome and green spaces. The "Bazaar" section, inspired by Aegean's traditional texture, offers visitors an intimate shopping experience by blending old neighborhood atmosphere with modern details.
With selections from world cuisines, open-air restaurants and cafe areas, IstinyePark Izmir is not just a shopping center, but also a meeting point of gastronomy and socialization culture.
