Founded between 1826-1842 by the grandson of the famous coffee master of the Ottoman Palace, 'Kahvecibaşı Ali Rıza Efendi', İstinye Kahvecisi draws inspiration from Istanbul's rich coffee heritage. We created a special blend of coffee from first-quality Arabica beans from three different countries. By grinding this special recipe in a traditional stone mill, we achieved the unique flavor that is synonymous with İstinye Kahvecisi and named it Master Blend Turkish Coffee. We offered our guests a new experience every time with our Turkish coffee varieties blended with natural mastic gum, real saffron and pure cardamom. In addition, we added new interpretations to world coffees with our special filter coffee and espresso blends and qualified single-origin coffee varieties. We adorned this rich coffee menu with salep varieties produced from real sahlep orchids and whose recipes are special to us, teas, specially made desserts and Turkish delights. Moreover, we offered all this richness with a smiling face and sincere hospitality at all hours of the day.
