"The founders of 240 Derece, childhood friends Metin Haras and Cem Melek, saw many countries and cities during their student and business trips and got to know different cultures. They discovered and analyzed the bread varieties of these cultures. They discovered that the taste of healthy bread, one of the most important elements of the increasing balanced nutrition awareness in the world, is achieved through very simple and natural methods. They saw that the production techniques of breads produced in Turkey were becoming ordinary for commercial purposes. They received artisan bread training in France, Spain and Turkey with the aim of offering people more delicious and healthier breads."
